Toolset

Our Deployment Management System [DMS] has been developed over many years to take the strain out of managing PC deployments and rollouts.  It can deliver significant cost savings when planning, designing, and implementing a PC replacement or upgrade programme.

Our aim is to provide a toolset that controls all aspects of the deployment process, and is scalable and flexible to meet the demands of all customers.

The toolset provides the controlling layer and works with any existing tools for specific tasks, like SCCM, BDD, or Ghost for image replication and build setup, and USMT for data migration.

The main features include:

• Asset and User Discovery
• Emailing and engaging with users to inform, gather details, or offer options
• Scheduling - for example users can book themselves into sessions and get an automatic email confirmation
• Tracking and controlling engineer’s work tasks – automating prestaging and migration using any existing build, application delivery and migration tools
• Automatically emailed Progress reports
