Booking Dialog
A user dialog that can be invoked in various ways, typically after the registration dilaog for
users where a laptop clinic is being offered. Laptop
clinic sessions may be offered to laptop users to attend rather than engineers attending to the user at their desk.
This is ideal for laptop users that are not office based,
or where physical laptop security is a concern.
The booking system prevents over booking of the predefined event capacity. Typical
events include; laptop clinics (for either Upgrade or Replacement), or associated Training courses.
Allowing users to schedule their own upgrades reduces the admin
overhead reducing
project costs.
