Auto Emailer

The auto emailer works with the DMS to send standard templated emails in various ways:

• Interactive Ad-hoc
  Select a set of users to send an email to, e.g. send the 'Invitation to Register' to users of PCs over 3 years old
• Auto Triggered
  E.g. send the confirmation email to laptop users booking in, or send the satisfaction survey on completion
• Scheduled
  E.g. daily job reports, or weekly and monthly progress reports

The templates can be created and maintained using MS-Word.
